At Serenefigure, we are committed to delivering Black fashion excellence directly to your door. Our shipping policy is designed to be transparent, reliable, and respectful of your time and investment in our brand.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During promotional periods or sales, processing may take 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

Shipping to USA, UK, AUS, CA, Germany, Italy, New Zealand:

Shipping to The Rest of the World:

⭐All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing time 2 - 6 days.
⭐Tracking numbers sent by email after a short processing period.
⭐Any items not received within 14 weeks qualify for a full refund or reship immediately. The customer has to reach out to us to have a refund for the order that has not been delivered within 14 weeks. Otherwise, we will reship the order.

⭐Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing is complete. Rural areas and P.O. boxes may experience additional delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

· Tracking number
· Carrier information
· Estimated delivery date
· Link to track your package

You can also track your order through your account on our website.

Shipping Partners

We intentionally partner with shipping carriers that demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their workforce and business practices. A portion of our shipping fees supports Black-owned logistics partnerships where available.

Shipping Restrictions

For the protection of our customers and compliance with regulations:

· Signature may be required for orders over $200
· We cannot redirect packages once shipped
· We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it:

1. Check with household members, neighbors, and secure locations around your property
2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
3. If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us at support@yourboutiquename.com

For packages delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow 3 additional business days before contacting us, as carriers occasionally experience delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@yourboutiquename.com
2. Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect items received
3. Include your order number in the subject line

We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite replacements at no additional cost.

Shipping During Holidays

During peak seasons and holidays:

· Additional processing time may be required
· Shipping carriers may experience delays
· Order cut-off dates for holiday delivery will be clearly posted on our website

Environmental Commitment

We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials whenever possible. Our mailers are made from recycled materials and can be reused or recycled.
